Our 7 days body reset starts today and all our participants have been added to a group and I’m super excited for everyone. You can still be part of us.

7-Day Health Reset(8-6-2026)

No food after 7pm
Sleep by 9pm
No meat, no dairy
Two healthy meals a day
30 minutes of sun everyday before 10am
2 liters of water
Pray and meditate 3 times daily (more of gratitude)
Daily exercise 30mins
