This can help figure out what is causing your hair loss or setback.

When you have done something for so long, sometimes you start to take certain things that used to be gospel for granted. And you don't even notice this until you either have a setback or things don't hit the same.
This happened to me when it came to my hair.
1. I started treating my hair like it was thick strands instead of the fine strands that it is.
Just because my hair started to get thicker, I forgot that handling it like it could break at the slightest was part of the reason I kept it on my head.
Detangling became more rushed and I was losing more hair hair than usual.
2. My use of ayuverdic herbs dropped, not because I didn't know the benefits but because my washdays became more frequent...from weekly to every 2 weeks to once a month and sometimes more.
One thing alot of people don't know is that, ayuverdic herbs will only work as long as you continue to use them. When you stop your hair goes back to what it was prior to it's use.
3. I left my scalp and hair unattended to for weeks at a time. Dirty scalp does not grow healthy hair, dehydrated strands will not retain length.
4. My trims moved from 2ce a year to once a year then further🫣. Dusting my ends also wasn't as frequent as it used to be.
All this was just external things that I did that started to set me back.
The main culprit was the internal, which I will share in my next post😊
