With the way food prices are, I’ve been learning to make the most of what I have instead of skipping the meals we love.
This stew was made with a few tomatoes, more pepper, carrots, and some moringa leaves and yes, it turned out so good!

3 bonga fish
1 dried catfish

Airfry your kpanla fishes with my BUCHYMIX airfry
Debone the kpanla
In a pot ,add the fishes,water,pepersoup spice,Peper mix,salt,maggi,onion, crayfish ,Aidan fruit and bring to a good boil,
Add scent leaf and enjoy 😍
