Sometimes I wonder why anyone would ask what women bring to the table.

A woman brings life.

She carries a child for months, endures the pain of labour, and then continues to sacrifice her body long after the baby is born. Some are left with back pain, some with scars, some with health complications, and some with conditions that may never fully go away.

People see the baby and celebrate the delivery, but they rarely see the silent battles many mothers fight afterward.

As for me, I still deal with severe back pain. Parts of my body are still numb, and there are days I am reminded that childbirth changed me forever.

Motherhood is a beautiful blessing, but it is also one of the greatest sacrifices a person can make.

For every mother carrying pain behind her smile. May God heal our bodies, strengthen our hearts, and allow us to live long enough to enjoy the blessings we suffered and prayed for. ❤️🙏

Anger is just one letter away from danger

Back in school, two ladies had a misunderstanding that turned into a serious fight.

During the struggle, one of them threw hot water at the other and left her with painful burns.

Instead of letting the matter go, the injured lady carried the pain and anger in her heart. A week later, she waited until the other girl was asleep and poured hot water on her face.

Omo! The scream that followed shook the whole hostel. Her face was burnt beyond recognition. It was only God's mercy that saved her.

Whenever I remember that incident, I'm reminded that anger has no brain. It will tell you to do something in five minutes that you'll spend years regretting.

Learn to control your temper. Walking away from a fight doesn't make you weak; sometimes it's the strongest thing you can do.

Not every hurt deserves revenge, and not every battle is worth fighting

Some scars heal, but some decisions leave marks that last a lifetime.

It's past bedtime and this boy has decided that he's not going to bed anytime soon
