Be consistent
On wash days:
Pre-poo
Apply warm water on your hair before shampooing
Shampoo
Deep condition
After deep conditioning, rinse it out with a cold water
Seal in the moisture using a leave in, oils or butters.
Most importantly know your hair porosity

Celebrate every growth 🙈
In the natural hair world, there as being a lot of pressure to growing one's hair. Girl, celebrate every win I.e every little growth you see, take pictures. You will be so surprise how far you've gone!!!
Imagine every month, you got half inch, in twelve month, you will earn 6 inches of hair, of course when doing (not saying) good hair practices.
