Reflecting on 2025: A Year of Challenges and Growth 🙏✨
Alhamdulillah, as I look back on 2025, I see a year filled with both trials and triumphs. This year tested my patience and resilience in ways I never imagined.
I struggled with procrastination and the weight of responsibilities, especially as the chairperson of our school management committee. Navigating the challenges of leadership and seeing firsthand how leadership takes its toll managing teachers still finding their footing and working with a new school executive committee unfamiliar with how the school operates was not easy.
It pushed me to grow as a leader and taught me the power of patience and persistence.
Along the line, I faced a heartbreaking reality as death took from me some of my closest pillars of support in 2025: our Western Education chairman, a fatherly figure committed to moving our school forward, and my Aunty, my Gwoggo, my second mother Gwoggo
Wasila, the mother after my mum. Their absence is deeply felt.
Despite the ups and downs, 2025 was a year of growth, learning, and renewed focus. I am grateful for every lesson, every struggle, and every small win that has shaped me into a stronger and wiser version of myself.As we step into 2026, I invite you to reflect on your own journey—embrace your challenges, celebrate your progress, and keep moving forward with hope and strength. Let’s make this new year our best yet! 💪🌟
