There are many "quick salons" which are set up to provide instant and low-cost beauty services to clients as the need arises. However, many of these salons only provide the “quick fix” solutions without putting into consideration the long-term beauty needs of the client. The upscale salons which aim to fill this void can however be inconvenient due to scheduling requirements and cost. Amisha however perceives this unfulfilled need for a salon that delivers top class client-friendly services while maintaining maximum flexibility thus ensuring all-round customer satisfaction. It therefore delivers customer-specific services while maintaining a flexible cost structure to match the unique needs of each client. Using this strategy, Amisha is gaining significant market share through the creation of critical long-term relationships with its clients.
