Tee'Z Place For Beauty And Spa

HOW TO ATTEND TO FRIENDS WHO DON'T LIKE PAYING YOUR BUSINESS

You sell food.
That friend who doesnt like to pay calls you.
Here's how the conversation should go.

Friend: Hi Tee, abeg una cook that catfish peppersoup today?

You: Yes, my staff will call now to take your order

You tell your staff to call this customer and take her order

Your staff follows the usual process.

Staff calls her: Hello Ma, I hear you like to place an order for catfish peppersoup. That would be 12,500 Ma. Would you like any side along with it? We have white rice, yam and agidi.

Friend freezes.
Her plan failed.

If she is wise, she places the order and pays, or tells the staff not to worry.

If she be mumu, she will start calling you back.

You pick the phone in a rush: "Hey sis, my team can handle. Running into a meeting now. Trust me, they are capable. Love ya. Bye"

You drop the call before she says anything.

She thinks she is wise.
You show her small sense.

How dare you take from your friends businesses for free??? Are you a thief???

Welcome to the EMBER MOnth ♥️

DO NOT PANIC PLEASE

The normal WhatsApp you use for your business is free and will remain free.

Having a face mask in your skincare collection can be a great addition to your routine. Here are 5 reasons why:

1. ✨ Gives your skin an instant boost – Face masks can leave your skin looking fresher, smoother and more radiant.

2. 💧 Provides extra hydration – Hydrating masks can help replenish moisture when your skin feels dry or dull.

3. 🧼 Helps deeply cleanse the skin – Some masks help absorb excess oil and remove impurities from the skin.

4. 🌟 Targets specific skin concerns – Depending on the ingredients, masks can support concerns like dullness, dryness, excess oil or uneven-looking skin.

5. 🧖🏽‍♀️ Makes your skincare routine more enjoyable – It gives you a little self-care moment while giving your skin some extra attention.

Tip: Choose a mask based on your skin type and concern, and don’t overuse it. A good skincare routine still starts with cleansing, moisturizing and daily sunscreen.

WORK HARD FOR TRUST
I personally believe that we should not just sit back, do little or nothing, and then want people to trust us.

We should work hard to earn the trust that people have in us.

Earn trust with processes
Earn trust with documentation
Earn trust with proof
Earn trust with 3rd party verification
Earn trust with verifable evidence

Dont try to earn trust because you said, “Trust me”.

Your friend sends you to buy a generator.
Nwannem, collect receipt and snap with it your phone.
List out all the associated expenses and send to him via WhatsApp.

You are not too big to explain things properly.

You are not too big to snap receipts and invoices.

You are starting business with a friend..
- Setup a digital sales system that tracks every sale.
- Track every expense.
- Ask that both of you electronically approve all transactions above 500k.
- Call for meetings every month and discuss the numbers
- Send monthly reports before the other party even asks

Stop forming too busy to be accountable.

Stop forming too big to keep records and track every kobo.

If you want to be trusted, then do the work that comes with it.

Trust is not earned because you say you are a Christian. NO.
Trust is not earned because you look quiet and harmless. NO.
Trust is not earned because I know your siblings and your parents. NO.
Trust is not earned because I have known you for years. NO.

Trust is earned because you are willing to do the things that builds trust in the heart of others.

Trust is earned because you are open to doing the work that builds trust.

Work out your trust!!!

Thank you and God bless!!
