One of the hardest things you can experience in Nigeria is having Nigerians completely turn against you. Because once Nigerians decide they don’t like you, everywhere you go, they will remind you. 😭

Judy Austin is trending again, and honestly, I sometimes wonder how she manages to cope with everything.

Her court videos are all over social media. People are calling her names, accusing her of taking another woman’s husband, insulting her, dragging her, creating content about her, and saying all kinds of hurtful things. The amount of criticism and online bashing she continues to receive is honestly becoming overwhelming.

Let me make something very clear: I am not a supporter of Judy Austin, and I have never supported or defended her actions. But at what point do we remember that, regardless of everything that has happened, she is still a human being?

She is certainly not the first woman to ever become involved with a married man. We have seen similar situations happen before, and many of those people are still living their lives, appearing online and moving forward.

So why are we still holding this particular woman to the fire years later?

At what point is enough, enough?

Judy is a mother. She has children who still need her. Whatever mistakes or controversies surround her, she still has to wake up every day, gather herself, and be there for her children.

You have every right to disagree with her. You have the right to condemn her actions and form your own opinion about everything that happened. But while doing so, let’s not forget that there is a real human being behind those viral videos.

Sometimes, forgiveness does not mean you approve of what someone did. Sometimes, forgiveness simply means deciding that you will no longer contribute to their destruction.

We can disagree. We can criticize. We can hold people accountable. But we should also know when to show mercy.

Please, let this woman breathe. Let her live her life. Let her be a mother to her children without constantly being subjected to endless insults and humiliation from the internet.

Nigerians, bikonu 🙏❤️

SHE WALKED INTO COURT ALONE — AND THAT SPEAKS VOLUMES. 🌸

Yesterday marked the first court hearing involving Judy Austin, Rita Edochie, and Emmanuel Obasi, her former husband. While many people expected Judy to arrive surrounded by a crowd, she chose to walk into the courtroom alone.

And before anyone says, “Nobody went with her,” let’s be clear: according to people around her, there were those who were willing to accompany her, but Judy reportedly chose to face the first day of the legal battle by herself.

She could have come with friends, security personnel, or a large crowd, but she chose not to.

Sometimes, courage is not measured by the number of people standing behind you. Sometimes, it is simply having the strength to stand alone when you know all eyes are on you.

Whether you support Judy or not, give her credit for walking into that courtroom alone. 🌹

So, the question is simple: Is walking alone a sign of weakness, or can it also be a sign of courage?

Rita, shame on you all.

No be who carry crowd go court dey win case. 😂🙆‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Everybody involved is mature enough to make their own decisions, so nobody needs to prove anything by showing up with a crowd.

Madam Capital Letter, as an elderly woman, you were expected to handle things with more maturity. Going to court with plenty of people does not automatically mean you will win a case. 😂 From what we are hearing, even your lawyers were not fully prepared for the matter.

Judy Austin going to court alone does not mean there was nobody available to stand by her. Maybe she simply chose not to go with anyone. She doesn't need a crowd or emotional support to face a situation she believes she can handle by herself. My woman is a one-man mopol. 😂🔥

At the end of the day, no time was wasted because nothing substantial happened due to the absence of her ex-husband and the reported lack of preparation by the lawyers.

And all those elderly women brought along to publicly embarrass Judy—was that really necessary? 🤷‍♀️ Before judging another person, shouldn't everyone remember that nobody is completely without faults or mistakes?

May Edochie is living her life and has clearly moved forward. So, Madam Capital Letter, please let this matter rest. Use the remaining strength and energy you have to take good care of yourself and focus on your health and well-being. Life is too precious to spend all your energy on unnecessary drama. 🙆‍♀️😂
