Let me share a true-life story from one of my church members.
For weeks, she could hardly sleep because she had so much on her mind. Then she travelled to the Auchi area of Edo State for the burial ceremony of the mother-in-law of another church member.
While in the room with some women, the ladies started cracking jokes. Before long, she was laughing and laughing until she eventually fell asleep. 😄
She slept for hours, and when she woke up, something remarkable had happened—her weeks of sleeplessness had stopped!
My people, if it takes a little laughter to ease tension and make life feel lighter, please laugh! 😂😂
Sometimes, a good laugh is just what the doctor ordered. 😎
