We often focus on the physical and emotional aspects of navigating life with a chronic condition but we don’t touch on the financial ones.
It’s hard enough to live life the way we do but with the extra financial hits we take, it’s even harder.
I know money can be a subject people shy away from, much like medical conditions, but being silent about it doesn’t make it go away. So let’s start speaking up 💰
The hidden costs of being chronically ill.
It’s not enough that we are chronically unwell, we have to think about the financial impacts! In a worsening and uncertain economy this is less than ideal.

There’s so much I’d say to that version of myself, so much I needed to hear. So much grace I needed to give myself. To fight the shame and stigma that weighed so heavily on me. But we got here in the end, we made air and continue to make it every single day ❤️
