Exfoliating your skin helps to remove dead skin cells from the surface of the skin. You don’t necessarily have to see the dead skin cells coming off, but you will notice the difference when you touch, see or feel your skin.

It is important to be gentle on the skin when exfoliating, regardless of your skin type; whether normal, oily, dry, or sensitive skin by using body scrubs or exfoliating brushes .

Exfoliating or taking care of your skin isn’t a gender based activity . I believe everyone whether Male or Female , should properly take care of their skin .

It is also okay to get a bit of reactions on your skin when you change your skincare products or add a new product to your existing products . All I can say is “ Trust the process and be patient with yourself “ . It will definitely be worth it at the long run 💃💃

Exfoliate when your skin product is not working ( If you notice that your skin doesn’t feel different after constant use of body cream and moisturizer.

Exfoliate once or twice a week

Exfoliate gently in a circular motion

Exfoliate using soft brushes , gloves , your hands or sponge .

Always moisturize your body after scrubbing .
