Natural Remedy for Swollen Leg 🌿

Someone recently contacted me about a swollen leg issue, so I decided to share this simple natural remedy. I also posted about this topic yesterday, and both methods can help.

What you will need:

Rotten part of a plantain tree

Ashes

Red palm oil

A stainless steel plate

Preparation and Use:

1. Scrape a small amount of the rotten (decayed) part of the plantain tree.

2. Put it in a stainless steel plate and add some ashes and red palm oil.

3. Mix everything together very well until it forms a paste.

4. Apply the mixture directly to the swollen leg.

Use this remedy consistently for 7 days, and you should begin to notice improvement.

Bitter leafs

Get plenty of the leaves (bitter leafs )

Pound them.

Don't add water to it. You pound them fresh so that you can get the juice from it.

Now get any soap you like, mix the soap with this juice very well🫰

Put the soap in a white container and keep for three.
Please don't have sêxx in these three days.

You bath with it only in the morning.

Take your bath in the morning from the fourth day.
