Reasons why buildings collapse in Nigeria!!!!
1.Weak foundations. Thumbs rule in building constructions apply only to sandy soil and sandy gravel. In a silty and clay soil, depth of footings and columns should be deeper And concrete mixture should not be compromised. In more than a 2 storey building, rebars should be at least 16mm for columns. Any cantilever should be well calculated . Often in order to save cost , structural engineers use normal foundation in swampy enviroment, wrong rebars in columns and wrong concrete mixture which would result in a very weak foundation that cant carry the calculated dead load and living load, resulting in collapse of the building. Is like giving a heavy box to a toddler to carry!!!! Both would fall.

2.The quality of steel rods has deteliorated over time. In nineties, it would be impossible for an adult to bend a 12mm rod with his bar hands, but now a 14yr old boy does bend such a rod. This contribute to weak rebars. Government has a lot of work to do in this regard.
3 workers making mistakes. Structural Engineers normally resort to use of unskilled workers. These people may not mix the concerete well. Imagine measuring sand , stones and even cement with wheel barrow!! This result in concrete that is too weak to carry load.
Everything is about the contractors and Engineers trying to cut cost. It normally leads to "penny wise pounds foolish".

A woman might exaggerate or fabricate stories of how others have mistreated her to elicit your pity and support. This can make you feel compelled to protect and care for her often at the expense of your own needs and boundaries

This can lead you to apologize or concede to her demands even if you're not at fault just to end the uncomfortable silence and restore communication.

Triangulation: Triangulation is a tactic where a woman brings a third party into your relationship to create jealousy, competition or insecurity. she might flirt with someone else talk about another person's interest in her or compare you unfavorably to others. this can make you feel inadequate and drive you to go to great length to win her approval and keep her attention focused on you.
6). Withholding Affection: Withholding affection is when a woman deliberately denies you love attention or physical intimacy to punish you or get her way. By withdrawing affection She creates a sense of emotional deprivation that can make you more compliant to her wishes. This tactic exploits your natural Desire for closeness and approval making you more likely to submit to her demands to regain her affection.
