I attended the Teachers' Spotlight Event yesterday and had the opportunity to listen to these amazing senior colleagues from the University of Port Harcourt share how they are able to achieve work-life balance.

God is an undeniable factor. Self-care is key. Family is very important.

My story isn't any different. Truth is there isn't any balance. What exists is an integration.

This is how I lent a voice to persons with disabilities in Nigeria. This conference was so insightful to say the least. I'm pumped up to take this disability rights conversation to another level in my home state and country.
