Sometimes, silence is not peace - it’s fear. I can’t tell you how many women with PCOS I’ve seen who are afraid to speak about their condition. And honestly? Who can blame them?

I recently came across some tweets that broke my heart. Tweets like “I could never marry a woman with PCOS”Others mocked the symptoms of this condition, like facial hair, one even said women with PCOS are intersex, turning them into jokes. These words aren’t just hurtful but they’re the reason so many women are hiding, suffering silently, and feeling ashamed of something that is completely out of their control.

What they don’t know is, this stigma isn’t just hurtful, it’s dangerous and it keeps women from seeking medical help, finding a community, and sharing their truth.
It’s time we dive into this. It’s time we bring light to the stigma surrounding PCOS.

When women with PCOS feel afraid to share their stories, it reinforces isolation. And isolation is the opposite of what WE need!!

Every woman with PCOS should feel:
- Seen
- Supported
- Empowered

To every woman with PCOS, YOU ARE NOT ALONE
If you’ve ever felt ashamed of your symptoms, or if fear has kept you from speaking your truth, hear me when I say this,
You are not your symptoms. You are not society’s outdated expectations.
You are strong, resilient, and deserving of love, respect, and understanding. And you are not alone.

Let’s make the noise louder than the silence💜

Navigating PCOS can feel overwhelming, but with the right habits, it’s completely manageable.

❌ DON’T:
- Self-diagnose or rely solely on Dr. Google. (Your health deserves personalized care!)
- Skip your regular PCOS treatment plan in favor of supplements. It’s all about balance.
- Fall for products that promise “instant cures” or quick fixes. Trust the process, progress takes time.

Don’t follow what worked for someone else, every body is beautifully unique.
Your journey isn’t about doing ALL the things. It’s about doing the RIGHT things, safely and sustainably.

If you have PCOS, your gut health is just as important as your hormones. But no one tells you that.

Struggling with bloating, cravings, acne, or mood swings? Your gut might be the missing piece.

Here’s the truth:
✅ A healthy gut reduces inflammation → which helps balance hormones
✅ Good digestion improves nutrient absorption → which supports your cycle
✅ Stable blood sugar = fewer cravings & better energy

But the problem? Most of the foods we eat damage our gut and make PCOS symptoms worse. 😩

What No One Tells You About PCOS: The Missing Pieces You Need to Know

If you have PCOS, you’ve probably heard the same advice over and over again:
“Lose weight.”
“Just take birth control.”
“Try cutting carbs.”

But if it were that simple, wouldn’t every woman with PCOS already feel better?

The truth is, PCOS is not just about your ovaries. It’s not just about losing weight. And it’s definitely not as simple as “eat less, exercise more.”

There are so many things that no one tells you about PCOS—things that could be the key to actually feeling better, balancing your hormones, and taking control of your symptoms.

And this week, I’m going to break it all down for you.

I want you to finally get the full picture—the things doctors don’t always explain, the root causes no one talks about, and the missing pieces that could change everything.

This is for you if…
✅ You feel like you’ve tried everything but still have symptoms
✅ You’re tired of hearing the same generic advice that doesn’t work
✅ You want real answers and real solutions

This is the What No One Tells You About PCOS series. And trust me, it’s going to change the way you see your condition.

📌 Here’s What I’ll Be Covering This Week:

1️⃣ PCOS & Gut Health – Why your bloating, acne, and cravings might start in your gut
2️⃣ PCOS & Your Liver – How toxins and sluggish detox can worsen your symptoms
3️⃣ PCOS & The Lymphatic System – Why your body holds on to inflammation
4️⃣ PCOS Is More Than Just Ovaries – It’s a whole-body condition (and why that matters!)
5️⃣ Why Calorie Counting Doesn’t Work for PCOS Weight Loss (and what to do instead)

Each topic will be detailed, real, and backed by science. But more importantly, I’m going to break it down in a way that actually makes sense.

Because this is not just an Instagram page—it’s a community. A safe space where you can finally get the answers you deserve.

Are you ready?
Drop a 💜 in the comments if you’re excited for this series! Let me know which topic you’re most interested in, and I’ll make sure to prioritize it!

Stay tuned, girlies.

To My PCOS Sisters—This Is for You.

Today, the world celebrates women. But you, my love, deserve to be celebrated every single day.

Because you wake up and fight battles no one else can see.
Because your body has made you question yourself, your worth, your strength, yet you keep going.
Because despite the exhaustion, the pain, the endless frustrations, you still show up for life.

PCOS is not just a diagnosis. It’s a journey - a lonely, painful, frustrating one.
The unpredictable cycles. The weight that won’t budge. The acne that feels like a betrayal. The hair loss that steals your confidence. The mood swings that make you feel like a stranger in your own body.

And worst of all - the world doesn’t understand.
Doctors dismiss you.
Society shames you.
People tell you to “just lose weight” as if that will magically fix everything.

But today, I want you to know this
You are not broken.
You are not alone.
And you are so much more than PCOS.

You are a woman of strength.
A warrior.
A survivor.
A body that refuses to give up, no matter how hard it tries to slow you down.

So today, on International Women’s Day, I honor you.
I see you.
I celebrate you.

For every tear you’ve wiped away in silence.
For every time you’ve had to explain your condition to people who don’t understand.
For every moment you’ve questioned yourself but kept fighting anyway.

You are enough.
You are worthy.
You are unbreakable.

And no matter what PCOS takes from you, it will never take away your power.

Happy International Women’s Day, my sisters. Keep going. I am right here with you.

If no one has told you today, I see you. And I know, really know how heavy this journey can feel.

I know what it’s like to wake up in a body that doesn’t always feel like home. To stare at clumps of hair in the shower and pretend it doesn’t hurt. To feel like a stranger in your own skin, watching the weight fluctuate, the acne flare, the exhaustion settle in your bones no matter how much you rest.

I know the pain of sitting in a doctor’s office, hoping begging for answers, only to be handed another birth control prescription and told, “Just lose weight.” As if you haven’t already tried. As if you aren’t already doing everything you can. As if your struggles are your fault.

But let me tell you something, from one PCOS warrior to another, GIRL It’s not your fault.

Your body is not broken, you are not a failure, you are not weak for feeling tired, for crying in frustration, for needing a moment to just breathe.

This world can be unkind to women especially women with invisible battles like PCOS. But you? You are still here. You are waking up every day and showing up for yourself, even when it feels impossible. You are learning, growing, fighting for your health in a system that often overlooks you.

And that? That is strength. That is resilience. That is why this Women’s Month, I don’t just want to celebrate women. I want to celebrate YOU.

Not just the moments where you feel strong but the moments where you feel weak and keep going anyway.

Not just the days when your symptoms feel manageable but the days when you break down and still find a way to pick yourself back up.

Not just the parts of you that the world finds easy to love but the parts you’re still learning to accept.

You, exactly as you are today, are enough. You are worthy of love, of care, of taking up space in this world without apologizing for it.

So this month, I hope you give yourself permission to rest, to love your body even when it feels hard.

And I hope you remember, you are not alone. You never were. You never will be.
