Tijdens de schilderworkshops maak je stap voor stap je eigen schilderij op canvas. Geen ervaring nodig.

In de facial lifting workshop leer je hoe je met massage technieken, gua sha en een 3D bindweefselroller je gezicht zelf kunt verzorgen en verstevigen. Je krijgt ook een boekje met alle grepen en een video zodat je het thuis kunt blijven toepassen.

When you do these techniques regularly, for example 3 times a week for about 5 minutes, you can:
