One final spot has opened up for Align Yourself Retreat in Spain. I’ve decided to offer this last spot for a very special last-minute price.
Not because it’s worth less, but because I would LOVE to see the circle complete and share everything we’ve created with one more beautiful human.

If you’ve been watching from the sidelines, thinking about it, feeling that little pull… then this is the sign.
The retreat is almost here, so this really is the final call.

Align Yourself Retreat ✨Final call ✨
16–20 September · Alicante, Spain
After a season of healing, I’m creating this retreat from a place of real health and gratitude. Four days to slow down, breathe, and come home to yourself, surrounded by nature, meditation, and good people.
Final spots are open, at a special price. Swipe to see it all 🤎
5 weeks to go!! Wow, time is flying! I can’t believe we are almost there and heading to Alicante!
The thought of having my own retreat has been in my system for such a long time. After doing the work I do now for over 25 years, I thought… why not put it all together into one week, surrounded by wonderful people, and create your own little community?
Last year, when I became very sick and had an infection in my brain, life suddenly became very different. When I slowly started coming back to myself, the entrepreneur in me also started to wake up again. I started asking myself: what is it that I really want to do with my life?
And one of the things that kept coming up was this retreat.
During my recovery, I experienced what deep rest and deep nervous system regulation can really do. And I knew I wanted other people to experience this too.
So that’s what we are going to do in Alicante.
We will come together and experience deep rest, nervous system regulation and connection, together with healthy, fresh food, laughter, joy, dance and so much more.
I am beyond excited, grateful and thankful that this is actually happening. There are still a couple of spots available! Send me a DM for more info or comment ALIGN and I’ll send you all the information.
I can’t wait to share this week with you. ☮️💛☯️

No to-do lists. Just you, the sun, and a community doing the same quiet work. A few spots are still open. If this is calling you, listen to it 🤎 send me a dm for more information 🤎
