I am beyond proud of my incredibly talented student, Daniëlle Daniëlle Geneviëve ! 🥹🤎

Last week, she completed her 3-day Basic Training in Elements Magnum Technique Powder Brows, and I am honestly speechless!

She had NEVER held a PMU machine before, yet look at this incredible result after just three days! 😍

Besides being naturally talented, she is such a sweet, funny, and driven person. She carefully searched for the right trainer, and I feel truly honored that she chose me. ❤️

For me, teaching is about so much more than simply copying a technique. I want my students to truly understand WHAT they are doing and WHY, so they can work independently and confidently.

During our training, she worked on two live models, including one with particularly challenging skin. Both results were absolutely beautiful!

And our journey doesn’t stop here! She has already booked her 4-day Hairstrokes Masterclass, and I can’t wait to see her grow even further!

✨ BASIC POWDER BROWS — ELEMENTS MAGNUM TECHNIQUE ✨

There is one thing that is extremely important to me as a trainer: I don’t want my students to simply copy what I do. I want them to truly understand WHY they are doing it.

During my demo, I explain every step of the Elements Magnum Technique in detail. Why I choose a certain shape, why I use specific movements and settings, how I work with the skin, and what to look for throughout the entire procedure.

Nothing is done “just because.” There is a reason behind every step.

My students can ask as many questions as they want during the demo. I want them to understand the technique before they start working on their own model, so they can make conscious decisions instead of simply repeating what they have seen.

Because learning Powder Brows from scratch is not easy. It requires patience, focus, precision, practice and concentration.

My goal is not to teach students how to copy my work.

My goal is to educate artists who understand what they are doing, can think independently and feel confident when working on their own clients. ✨

Technique can be practised.
Confidence grows with experience.
But truly understanding what you are doing? That is where great education begins. 🤎

Second place with powder brows featuring a prominent scar. Has anyone else ever won a prize with a case like this? 🥈 The Pigment

I’m so proud of this result. My model had full, coarse hairs, a visible scar in her brow, and a shape we couldn’t simply change. She wanted to preserve her natural shape as much as possible. Although I did remove hairs from the tail, I would normally remove a little more to lift the brow shape further. But her wishes came first, and the result had to stay true to her original shape according to the competition rules.

Finding a model was an adventure in itself. I was in Rome, didn’t know anyone there, and had to find someone at the very last minute. But we did it! 💪

My lovely model, thank you for trusting me. It felt as if we’d been friends for years. You made me feel so comfortable, as if I were working in my own salon. ❤️

I created this look using my Elements Magnum Technique. With her dark, coarse hairs, good saturation was essential. My 15-needle Magnum Curved allowed me to create soft, even coverage quickly and efficiently.

You only win when you take action — so I travelled all the way to Rome for a competition without a model! 😅

These lips earned me second place, and I couldn’t be prouder of the work I created, especially considering everything that happened beforehand. I was assigned a model at the very last minute, lost valuable competition time, and started the competition under a lot of pressure. But I managed to stay calm and create a beautiful result that I’m incredibly proud of.

A huge shoutout to the organisers, Vesna and Milan, who did everything they could to help me find a model. Thank you so much!

🏆 THE WINNING HAIRSTROKES — WULOP BENELUX 2026 🏆

So natural, you can barely distinguish them from real brow hairs. Only when you swipe to the before photo will you truly see the transformation. ➡️

Every single stroke was created with care and precision: ultra-fine, crisp and sharp, with beautiful depth through the spine and a soft, natural flow throughout the entire brow. Every detail came together exactly as I envisioned.

Although my model has beautiful skin, it certainly wasn’t the easiest skin to work on. Her skin was thicker, slightly oily and had visible pores, which made pigment implantation more challenging than it would be on thin, dry skin.

Thankfully, my new Hairstrokes technique allowed me to adapt and still create incredibly fine, defined and natural-looking strokes even on a more challenging skin type. This is exactly why knowledge, technique and the ability to read the skin are so important.

From the moment I finished these brows, I had such a good feeling and my feeling was right. 🥹🏆

A very special thank you to my incredible model. I truly couldn’t have wished for anyone better. She was so sweet, patient and an absolute pleasure to work with and she completely charmed the judges. Just look at her… she is so naturally beautiful and this is without any make-up! 😍

The winning Shadow Eyeliner at WULOP Benelux 2026 🏆✨

It wasn’t 100% perfect, and points were deducted for a few minor imperfections. Your work is judged on multiple criteria, including symmetry, swelling, colour, gradient, saturation and overall ex*****on. All these scores combined determine the final result.

Achieving absolute perfection in eyeliner is incredibly difficult. There will almost always be something that could have been done even better. I believe this applies to every PMU category, but especially to eyeliner.

Despite the small imperfections, I’m incredibly proud of this result. I also used some new hacks, techniques and needles that helped me create this award-winning, ultra-soft finish.

🏆 MY WINNING HAIRSTROKES ON LATEX 🏆

I’m incredibly happy and proud of this result and, of course, thrilled to have taken first place! 🥇

A latex competition involves so much more than simply drawing a few beautiful hairstrokes. Every detail matters: choosing the right latex, working at the correct depth, selecting the right needles, controlling your machine and creating a well-balanced pattern. All these elements must come together to make the process as precise, controlled and efficient as possible.

Thanks to thorough preparation and the right choice of materials, everything went exactly as I had hoped during the competition. I even had plenty of time left, but I deliberately didn’t rush. Instead, I calmly took my time to check every detail and perfect my work.

A first-place result isn’t achieved during the competition alone. It is built through years of experience, endless practice, technical knowledge and the constant drive to keep learning and improving.

Hard work pays off. 🏆✨

I could have chosen not to share this, but as you know, I believe in being completely transparent. I hope my experience can help others, because the truth is: I made mistakes and ruined my own chances.

Even with all my experience, I can still make the wrong decision in the heat of the moment. We are human, not robots.

This photo shows my work immediately after the treatment. Because I worked with mineral pigments, the colour developed and became more intense afterwards. By the time the judges assessed my work, the fronts and upper lines no longer looked as soft as they do here.

I truly believe the judges did their job correctly, and I have nothing but respect for their decision. I am still learning too, learning what I can perfect and, in this case, what I should never do again.

Competitions help you grow incredibly fast. The more experience you gain, the more confident you become. I wasn’t nervous at all and genuinely enjoyed competing, although performing three categories back-to-back was extremely intense.

I gave it everything I had, and that is all I could do. Bringing home three first-place trophies out of four categories is something I am incredibly proud of. I truly have nothing to complain about! 🏆🏆🏆

But the most beautiful part of this story is that although I placed sixth in Powder Brows, my student Milook Beauty Bar took FIRST PLACE and earned her spot in the World Final in Turkey! She created her winning brows using my Magnum Technique. 🔥

I couldn’t have wished for a better outcome. She isn’t only my student, but also one of my closest friends. I know how incredibly hard she worked and how much she deserves this.

What made me most proud was seeing her apply every lesson, correction and adjustment I taught her and the result is her winning the first place! 🥇

DREAMS DON’T WORK UNLESS YOU DO 🏆✨

I first competed at WULOP four years ago and have been a loyal competitor ever since. My greatest dream has always been clear: becoming a World Champion.

But not just winning any title. My dream is to win on the biggest stage in the PMU industry, among the world’s best artists, and become WULOP World Champion.

I believe in chasing your dreams, no matter what others think or say. Follow your heart, believe in yourself and never let fear stop you.

Dreams require hard work, discipline and sacrifices. I have trained endlessly, pushed my limits and never gave up. So yes, I am incredibly proud of myself.

For the fourth year in a row, I became champion in Hairstrokes with Device – Model. I also became champion again in Shadow Eyeliner – Model and won first place in Latex Hairstrokes.

Three first places. Three gold medals. All the hard work came together. 🥇🥇🥇

But I did not achieve this alone.

Thank you to my longtime colleagues and friends, and all the wonderful new colleagues and friends I met at this event. Some connections quickly became a true sisterhood. Your love and energy made it unforgettable.

Thank you to my amazing family, who stayed home with my children, took them to school and lovingly cared for them. And to my amazing man, who came with me, helped wherever he could and gave me the emotional support I needed. ❤️
