Well, that escalated quickly!

And we are grateful for it. Today the NZ Government announced that New Zealand will be escalating to Level 3 and move into Level 4 within the next 48 hours of the Covid-19 Pandemic Alert Plan.

At Vivo, we are thankful for the swift, decisive actions of our Government, and while we acknowledge these are trying and difficult circumstances for all, we do believe they are in the absolute best interests of our communities. Vivo will support these actions in whatever way we can. The health and wellbeing of our clients and our team members are so important to us.

All Vivo Salons & Skin Clinics across New Zealand will be closed from tomorrow for a minimum of 4 weeks. If you have an appointment scheduled, you don't need to call to cancel - we will be in touch to reschedule as soon as we get through this. Our online store will also be closed during this time. Any outstanding orders will be cancelled and refunded in full.
