I am now a certified Face yoga method teacher! My goal is to share this with the people of Gisborne and New Zealand.
This is a holistic approach to reconnecting with your face and enhancing your well-being as well as toning and uplifting your face.

Home again finally.. George missed us terribly and has hardly left our side since we got home. Missed him heaps too, looks like he has been well fed too 😁

A few castles this week in the lot garonne and dordogne regions. Castlenaud, le fort de la Roque gageac, Domme, Bonaguil, Montcuq. Probably the last of our sightseeing before heading home. Lots to do here before we leave next week
Last big night of selling in the shop..final marche du gourmande for the season..
Thunderstorm and heavy rain today...lucky got to gym and supermarket before it all got really started here..

It's been a while now since I posted.. So here are a few photos from out the village and beyond from some of our drives around the region. Notes to anyone thinking of coming to this area, mosquito repellent and wasps are everywhere.. they don't sting you if you leave them alone.. temperature has now settled down to reasonable daily highs of around 30°C. Thunderstorms haplen every few days so they can be exciting..
