Day 7: Nearly at the end of our Her Haven content for now, but it’s time to introduce another one of our Workshop Facilitators, Sarah Miezenbeek 🤍
Sarah works at Reform Pilates, however for Her Haven she will be taking us through a Mat Pilates class! She is bringing her passion for movement, strength and mindful connection to the day.
She’ll also be joined by the incredible Taylor Gibson who owns multiple Reform Pilates across the Waikato, so between both Sarah and Taylor, you will be well looked after 🤍
Her Pilates session is thoughtfully designed for all experience levels, focusing on mobility, balance, body awareness, and reconnecting with yourself. It’s an opportunity to slow down, move with intention, and leave feeling refreshed, empowered and re-energised.

Day 6: This one is exciting! Introducing Paige Cotton, our Integrative Health Practitioner and another wellness expert joining us at our Expo at Her Haven 🤍
Paige is the founder of Neuro Touch, offering a holistic approach to health and wellbeing through neurological, energy and natural therapies. With a focus on helping the brain and body reset and restore balance. Paige creates a space to slow down, reconnect and support your overall wellbeing.
We’re so excited to have Paige join us at Her Haven and give our guests the opportunity to experience her unique approach for themselves.

Day 4: Introducing the INCREDIBLE Zahra Kennedy!
Zahra is an experienced hairdresser who specialises in blond services and stunning hair transformations.
Based in her own salon in Ōhaupō, she’ll be joining us at the Wellness Expo to offer complimentary hair consultations, personalised advice, and practical styling tips.
Whether you’re looking for a fresh new look or want to perfect your curling or straightening technique, Zahra will be on hand to share her expertise!

Nicole has only 4 days remaining in the clinic now before her wee family grows from 3 to 4! She is set to welcome another little girl in a couple of weeks 🌸
Nicole will be on maternity leave for 3 months returning end of August. Rest assured the lovely Renee will be in clinic Monday to Friday to see all of your wonderful faces, as she takes on all of Nicole’s clients for this time period.
We look forward to welcoming another little addition to the CE Team! Xx
