Education makes for better practitioners.
Better practitioners means better outcomes for our patients.
Later this week I’ll be attending the Aesthetics AU 2026 Conference in Sydney to continue investing in my education and growth as a practitioner.
I’m looking forward to hearing about the changes in practices, picking up new tips and techniques, expanding my knowledge through further education, and connecting with other professionals in the industry.

International Nurses Day 🤍
Nursing has shaped so much of who I am.
I graduated in 2001, beginning my career in NICU nursing, caring for some of the tiniest and most fragile patients and supporting families through some of their hardest and most special moments. During this time I was also flight nursing, where I learnt to stay calm under pressure, think critically, and provide care in challenging environments.
Today, my path looks different, working in cosmetic medicine and helping people feel confident in their own skin. Cosmetic medicine has allowed me to combine my passion for anatomy, patient safety, clinical assessment, and autonomy.
The care, safety, connection, education, and trust that nursing teaches you never leaves.
To all the nurses working across every corner of healthcare — thank you for your compassion, resilience, and dedication.
It’s a profession I’m incredibly proud to be part of.

Heading into winter, it’s the perfect time to focus on your skin.
