Exhale Energetics

There's been a lot happening quietly in the background at Exhale Energetics — a new website, a booking system, getting clearer on what I want Exhale to be... and doing a f**kload of my own inner work too.

Because apparently that never ends 😂

Grief has reared its ugly head again lately. And this time, she's brought anger with her.

I'm learning that love and anger can co-exist.
That I can love deeply, miss deeply, and still be fu***ng angry.

And instead of trying to fix it, analyse the s**t out of it or make it disappear, I'm trying to get curious.

What's actually here?
What does my body have to say?

And sometimes... I don't fu***ng know.

I'm learning I don't always need to.

That's probably been one of the biggest shifts behind Exhale too.

You don't come here to be fixed.
You don't need to have your s**t together or arrive ready for some massive breakthrough.

You can just come as you are.

Surrender a little. Get curious. Feel something. Feel nothing. Laugh. Cry. Lie completely fu***ng still.

It's yours.

And to every person who has continued to book, trust me, recommend me, support Exhale or simply stay curious about what's going on underneath the surface, thank you 💚

I fu***ng love this work and the people it continues to bring through my door.

And one practical little update — there's now a Book Now button 🙌
You can see my availability, sessions and pricing, and book whenever it suits you.

I'm still here.
Still learning. Still unravelling. Still getting curious.

And Exhale is evolving right alongside me 🥰
