Due to Modere’s sudden closure, supply of the Snorex soaking solution is very low. It is uncertain whether our local supplier has ceased trading or will exhaust their supply.

Alternative pre-made options are being looked into - please enquire if you need the instructions for the home made soaking solutions.

Appointments will temporarily be unavailable from the 10th–18th.

The next couple of weeks are fully booked up for new appointments.

If you are looking to get fitted for a Snorex, I'm only looking at dates after the 3rd of July. Current turnaround time is also 4 weeks, though if a Snorex is needed urgently, please let me know and I'll see what I can do.

Deliveries and adjustments are not affected.

Summer is winding down, which means back to work! Get in touch to make an appointment to get fitted for a Snorex at a time that suits you.

House calls are available during the day and evenings, plus Saturdays. Appointments in the Stokes Valley office will be unavailable during the day between the 6th and 12th of February, but evening and Saturday appointments remain available for this period.

Winding things down for the year and while I will be answering phone calls and emails over the holiday period, the office is closed for appointments between the 23rd and the 5th except for existing customers that have made an appointment.

House calls can be scheduled for new customers between the 28th-30th of December and from the 5th of January.

With car issues resolved, house calls up to the Palmerston North area are back!

Due to a variety of reasons, it's preferred for appointments to take place in the Stokes Valley office.

Construction has been completed, there's just some tidying up to do, but if you prefer an office appointment, the Stokes Valley office is available for appointments.

Predictably, as it is construction related, appointments continue to be unavailable at the Stokes Valley office.

House calls remain preferred until, tentatively, the 23rd of May.
