Nice to meet you, my name is Rae and I offer the following services. I am a Certified Reiki Practitioner, Bioptron Medical Light Therapist and offer Holistic Massage in my home.

"When life feels overwhelming and your mind is racing, a 4-minute reset can help you reclaim your center. This quick, soothing routine uses my Bioptron, a premier medical light system. By applying Violet, Green, and Yellow filters to the forehead (3rd Eye), you can effectively shift out of a high-stress state. It is an exceptional way to prepare for Reiki Energy Healing. Take a moment to pause, breathe, and reset."
With every booking in March you will receive this 4 minute Reset absolutely free.
