A year ago in the thick of my own personal healing of grief I need some down time from my therapy mahi so I decided to pick my tweezers back up after almost two years away from lashes 😅

In those two years off I had built my therapy mahi, traveled, got married and divorced, moved countries and then back home again and lived approximately 47 lives 🤣

Coming back meant starting again from ground zero I didn’t have access to my old beauty social medias.

And yes I heard all the usual things about the industry being saturated, cost of living etc etc etc

But I’ve never really brought into that I think there is always room for you.

I focused on getting good at my craft again, creating an experience people wanted to return to, showing up online consistently and letting people see the artist behind the tweezers.

A year later beauty has become a big part of my world again, I’ve opened a shop with my bestie and now even get to help other artists build a business in our not for profit kaupapa 🥺
