I often get asked the difference between using magnesium tablets and magnesium cream.
Whilst there are quite a few, the key difference about applying magnesium topically is that you are massaging magnesium into the affected area directly. This means you get the maximum benefit right where you need it. An aching knee or shoulder, or restless leg.
