This is an amazing men's circle weekend 6-8th November in Muriwai that I know will be incredible to go to.

I've just come away from a 6 day retreat of amazing beautiful men and women, where Dan & Jarrod shown on the video on this page, were at too. Dan & his wife Jenn facilitated the 6 day retreat and I have never experienced such a beautifully authentic duo. This was the most epic transformational retreat I have ever been on & not a manual or whiteboard in site! 🤗

The main sign is finally back up clearly showing where I am.

With no sign and confusing traffic cones outside my place lately, it's made it confusing for many new clients and even existing clients.
So hopefully this resolves that.

October is booking up and bookings now being made into November and December - I hope to post today or next couple of days with what spaces are left for October.

This new book arrived yesterday, some beach side reading for me today with my yummy coffee ☕📖

Brain fog comes up often with clients and particularly my fellow perimeno and chronic fatigue/fibro clients ...T. Klein talks about how brain fog can also signal emotional stagnation - feelings that aren't moving creates congestion in our system that can manifest as mental/brain congestion.
