I used Hana (hah-nah) Gel NZ for both the hard gel and gel polish & I’m honestly obsessed with how this set turned out.

💲 LET’S TALK PRICING… I know damn well a lot of small businesses (especially nail techs) have a habit of selling themselves short. And yes! I’ve been guilty of it too 💁🏽‍♀️

So I wanted to have an open and honest conversation about why we do it & what actually goes into pricing a service properly because being a nail tech isn’t just about the time someone spends in your chair.

There’s education, products, equipment, admin, time, skill, experience, creativity & so much work that happens behind the scenes.

Nail techs work HARD, and we deserve to be paid fairly for the value we bring.

And let’s be real… nails are a luxury service. ✨

So this is me learning to price with more confidence, stop undercharging myself, and build a business that actually supports me, not one that just looks busy
