Favorite daw ni mother nila ung sunflower, kaya ganitong design sya. 🌻💛 Nakakatuwa kasi happy si customer sa naging outcome, at feeling ko na-capture naman namin yung gusto niyang iparating, at buti n lng my on hand kaming libr€ na scent 🥴

Proceed na kami sa next orders. Pasensya na po kung medyo late ako mag-reply. Hindi ko rin nasasagot minsan yung ibang calls at follow-ups dahil medyo overwhelmed na sa dami ng ginagawa. Ganito po tlga kami pag ber months.

We would just like to explain why we require customers to settle their balances promptly once their orders are completed.

At Parfum by Raine, we carry a very wide selection of fragrances—over 500 scents. Because of this, it is not practical for us to keep every scent readily available on hand. To ensure freshness and avoid unnecessary inventory costs, many orders are placed on a pre-order basis.

As much as possible, we do not ask for full payment until we have already completed or secured your order. We take on the risk first because we want our customers to feel confident that their items will be delivered as promised.

However, we kindly ask for the same level of professionalism in return. Once your order is ready, please settle your payment on time.
Unfortunately, we have experienced cases where: • Orders were completed and prepared. • Customers became unresponsive after confirmation. • Some customers even received their orders but took weeks—or almost a month—to settle their balances or as ndi tlga nag pay and puro repeat order un cla 😩

Every order involves costs on our end:

✔️ Packaging supplies
✔️ Labor and production time
✔️ Shipping preparation and processing
