From the bottom of our hearts, we want to say a sincere and deep thank you. Building this aesthetics business , offering temporary eyebrow tattoos, eyelash extensions, and facials , has never been easy. There have been challenges, long hours of practice, and moments when we knew we still had a long way to go; but through it all, your trust, support, and patience have been our greatest motivation to keep moving forward.

in the beginning, year 2019 , we were not yet as skilled, confident, or polished as we are today. We knew we had so much to learn about the art, precision, and safety of our work. But instead of giving up, we chose to grow. We studied new techniques, attended trainings, practiced endlessly, listened closely to feedback, and invested our time, effort, and heart to master every detail. We improved our skills, raised our hygiene standards, and upgraded our services because we wanted to give you nothing less than our very best.

And all that hard work has truly paid off. Today, we are proud to say that we have served many clients, and most of them have been very happy and satisfied with our work. From perfectly shaped brows, beautifully lifted lashes, to glowing, healthy skin , with every smile, every kind word, and every returning customer is proof that our effort to learn and improve has made a real difference.

We are also especially proud of our students - those who trusted us to teach them these skills. When they first came to us, many had little or no experience, but we guided them step by step, shared everything we learned, and trained them properly. Now, they are already skilled and confident in doing these services on their own. They have gained so much knowledge and ability from us , some have even joined and performed well in competitions and beauty tournaments, while others have successfully put up their own studios or workstations and are now earning a living from what they learned. Seeing them succeed is one of our greatest achievements.

We built this studio not just to offer beauty services, but to serve with honesty, safety, and integrity. We follow strict hygiene protocols, use only safe and quality products, and make sure every treatment is done with care and responsibility. We operate legally, hold all necessary permits, and run our business openly and transparently. Every service we provide and every lesson we share comes from hard work, continuous learning, and sincere dedication.

Recently, however, we have faced something very difficult and unfair. A former employee has been spreading false rumors, making baseless accusations, and trying to damage our reputation. What hurts even more is that this person has also dragged my mother and our innocent staff into this matter , involving people who have done nothing wrong, just to cause trouble and confusion. This is not only unfair to our business, but it is also disrespectful and hurtful to those who have worked hard and supported us all this time.

We understand that in this digital age, news (true or untrue )travels fast and can reach many people quickly. But let us be clear these accusations are completely unfounded, untrue, and have no factual or legal basis. There is no truth to claims of fraud, mismanagement, or improper practices. We have no pending cases of such nature, and we are always ready to present our records, permits, work history, and the success stories of our students whenever needed.

We are not afraid of the truth. If there are legitimate concerns or honest feedback, we are always open to listen and improve. But spreading false stories, dragging innocent people into conflicts, damaging our reputation, and trying to disrupt our work is not only unfair ,it is also against the law. That is why we have already taken the proper official steps 🙂
