Appreciation Post
I know we are not perfect none of us are. But what matters most is that we show up every day, we learn, we grow, and we strive to be better versions of ourselves, both in work and in life.
One thing I deeply appreciate about my team is how much they truly care for the salon. It’s more than just a job they treat it like their own. Jenny Gabito, our lead hairdresser, is a perfect example. Even when she’s not around, she always makes sure someone is ready to step into her role so that the salon keeps running smoothly. Her commitment and leadership never go unnoticed.
I’ll never forget something my late client, Hon. Federal Court Judge Allan Goldberg, once told me:
“If you are good to your people, your people will look after you.”
That advice has stuck with me through the years, and it’s proven true again and again.
