NEW VLOG IS UP! 🏕️🎣❤️

What happens when two busy migrant parents finally get the same day off? We pack our camping gear, head to Inverbervie, go fishing, and make the most of every moment together. 🥹

This vlog is more than just a camping trip—it’s about family, sacrifices, childcare struggles in the UK, and why making memories is always worth it.

Watch now and let me know if you can relate! 💙

Sometimes the best therapy isn’t a vacation—it’s simply making time for family. ❤️🏕️🎣

Watch our Inverbervie camping & fishing adventure! ❤️

Movie night well spent! 🕷️🍿 Finally watched Spider-Man at Vue. Nothing beats quality time with the family, popcorn in hand, and a great film on the big screen. ❤️🎬

Day off means one thing… a proper Filipino breakfast! 🇵🇭❤️

There’s just something so comforting about starting a slow morning with Atin Pork Tocino. Even though we’re here in the UK, it’s moments like these that make us feel a little closer to home.

Simple meals really do bring the biggest smiles. Nothing beats sharing our favourite Filipino comfort food with the family on my day off. 🥰

“What nobody tells you about living in the UK… 🇬🇧”

Everyone sees the salary and says, “Ang laki naman ng sweldo sa UK!”

And yes, on paper, it does look big.

But what nobody tells you is… the money starts disappearing before you even get to enjoy it.

🏠 Rent or mortgage.
⚡ Gas and electricity.
💧 Water.
📶 Internet.
📱 Phone bills.
🛒 Groceries.
🚗 Transport.
👶 Childcare (if you need it).
💷 Council tax.

Then you realize… that “big salary” isn’t the same as “rich.”

Living in the UK isn’t about earning a huge amount. It’s about budgeting every pound, making sacrifices, and learning that financial stability takes discipline.

I’m not saying life here is bad. In fact, we’re grateful for the opportunities, the healthcare, the education for our children, and the safer future we’re building.

But if you’re planning to move here, don’t just look at the salary.

Look at the cost of living too.

Because the real flex isn’t how much you earn—it’s how much you can save while still giving your family a better life. ❤️

Mahal,

Thank you for always choosing to trust me, especially when things don’t seem right. You know my heart, and you know I would never do that. Thank you for believing in me without making me explain myself.

Your reassurance that I don’t have to explain everything to everyone gave me so much peace. Knowing that the person I love knows who I truly am is more than enough.

Thank you for being my safe place, my peace, and my greatest blessing. I love you more than words can ever say. ❤️
