We truly appreciate your trust and every appointment you book with us.
As a courtesy to our team, we kindly ask that if there are any changes to your schedule or if you can no longer make it to your appointment, please let us know as early as possible.
We currently do not require a booking fee, because we want booking with us to be convenient and accessible. However, every confirmed appointment means that we have already reserved the time and assigned a therapist, aesthetician, nurse, or doctor specifically for you.
When a cancellation or change is made on the same dayโor very close to the appointment timeโit directly affects the staff who prepared and reserved that time for you. It also means that we may no longer have enough time to offer the slot to another client who could have booked it.
We completely understand that unexpected situations happen. ๐ค We simply ask for early notice whenever possible so we can properly manage our schedule, support our team, and give other clients the opportunity to book available slots.
A little consideration goes a long way.
