Thank you very much, Councilor Marciana P*s- o, for your sponsored Tarpaulin for us PWDs..even in rainy season ,you have allocated time for us to make this happen.....We, Abaca PWDs Organization (APO), are very grateful to you. Again, thank you very much .

We would like to share some important information regarding our meeting today.

On Sunday afternoon, February 25, 2024 , we will be conducting a meeting with the esteemed members and officials of ABACA PWD's ORGANIZATION (APO).

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the APO-members and APO-officials for their valuable participation in this significant event.

Attached herewith is the following agenda and also the discussion.

Meeting Agenda
1. Update on Philhealth.
2. Actions for inactive members.
3. Allocation of Death Aid for PWD members – determining the amount per member.
4. PWD Organizational T-shirt
5. Meeting scheduling for important matters.
6. Medical examination for new members.

Discussion
1. We will provide the latest updates and information regarding Philhealth.
2. We will address Mrs. Leolita Villosino’s question about what to do with inactive members and discuss the penalties involved.
3. We will determine the amount of Death Aid to be given to each PWD member and discuss the allocation process.
4. The design and distribution of the PWD Organizational T-shirt will be discussed.
5. We will schedule the meeting specifically for important matters that need to be discussed.
6. We will discuss the requirement for new PWD members to undergo a medical examination.

On sunday January 28, 2024 , the Abaca PWDs Organization (APO) meeting will done held at Barangay Centér with our APO - President, some APO officials, and members.
