Meet Janella Orlina: Guided by mindful movement and grounded presence, Janella’s practice weaves together breath-led disciplines such as Ashtanga and Vinyasa with strength-based movement through Animal Flow. Rooted in both structure and play, she invites students to reconnect with their bodies through stillness, resilience, and exploration. Alongside movement, her practice embraces the discipline of cold immersion — cultivating awareness, endurance, and inner balance.
