Have you watched the Wingfeather Saga?
I actually witnessed the first time it was released. I haven't read the books yet but was so curious because most of the bookstagrammers I follow are mentioning it.
Today, we watched a few episodes with our kiddo and he is enjoying it. ❤️
We also started reading book 1.

So, I am looking for more fiction for my gradeschooler (and more animated shows just like the Wingfeather).
Most of my books are not yet for him (I asked which book caught his eyes and he pointed at Shadow of Honor by Ronie Kendig (Space Fantasy & Paramilitary Suspense) 🥲).
Soon.

Fantasy and scifi please.
And comics too (he already has the complete set of Manga Messiah and read volumes 1&2)! 😊

Watched the Realm Makers awards with my kiddo and cheered for all the finalists and of course, the winners. ❤️

I feel so blessed to be part of the Street Team supporting these amazing authors. Even though I wasn’t a winner myself, my heart is full seeing them shine. Here’s to more incredible stories ahead! ✨📚

Well, I did wait for a few months to receive these books before putting it on the shelf. 😍

🩷 The Disappearances by Emily Bain Murphy
- my first book of hers! I got to know about this author because of Erin Phillips ✟ Fantasy Author.
And got lucky because an indie book seller here in PH happens to have it for only less than $3!

🩷 Behind Five Willows by June Hur (허주은)
- recently released and got the opportunity to read and review it. Highly recommended!
It looks so much prettier in person!
I haven't got the preorder goodies yet but hopefully it will arrive soon. 🥲

- kiddo requested this book and he will read this soon. ❤️

🩷 The Time Door by Shannon McDermott
- cover reminds me of Project Hail Mary. ✨
Another scifi adventure I'm excited to get into.

- hubby currently has his eyes on this one and plans to read it with the kiddo soon. 😅

Turns out my “book buying ban” is more like a gentle suggestion than an actual rule. 🫣
