IMPORTANT REMINDER FOR LAY-AWAY AND RESERVED ITEMS
To all our valued buyers (Miners):
Please be guided by the following updated policies regarding lay-away items, reservations, and down payments:
1. August Lay-Away Orders & Overdue Accounts
All lay-away items dated from August onwards that have exceeded the September 30 deadline have been relived (returned to inventory).
Consequently, all corresponding down payments are non-refundable.
2. Long-Term Reservations (30-Day Policy)
Items that have been reserved for an extended period, where a previous bag purchase has been applied as a down payment and has reached past 30 days without full settlement, will no longer be available for release.
No refunds will be issued for these payments, as they serve as forfeiture of the down payment.
3. New Arrivals & Open Box Policy (Effective September 25 Onwards)
All items "mined" from the New Arrivals / Open Box collection starting September 25 require a strict 50% down payment.
Failure to complete the 50% down payment within one week will result in the forfeiture of the reservation fee and the item.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
