Kung nakabati ka ani, dili ka nag-inusara.

Daghang mga trabahante ang moadto sa opisina o trabaho kada adlaw nga nagsul-ob ug pahiyom, pero sa sulod, bug-at na diay kaayo ang ilang gibati.

Usahay, dili na nato mailhan ang kalainan sa kapoy sa lawas ug kapoy sa hunahuna ug emosyon.

Naa pay mga pangutana nga sige natong dala-dala...

🤔 Ngano dali ra ko ma-overthink kung naay feedback ang akong supervisor?

🤔 Ngano mahadlok ko moingon ug "dili" bisan puno na kaayo akong workload?

🤔 Ngano sige kog compare sa akong kaugalingon sa akong mga kauban?

🤔 Ngano usahay mawala akong gana sa trabaho nga kaniadto akong gihigugma?

🤔 Ngano dali ko ma-pressure bisan gamay lang nga deadline?

Kasagaran, ato lang ni balewala ug moingon ta...

"Normal ra na."
"Trabaho man gud."
"Kaya ra lagi ni."

Pero usahay, ang atong mga reaksyon adunay mas lawom nga hinungdan.

💡 Mao dinhi makatabang ang Psychological Assessment.

Dili kini exam nga adunay "passed" o "failed."

Dili usab kini para pangitaan ka ug problema.

Hinuon, makatabang kini nga masabtan nimo:

✅ Unsa imong natural nga paagi sa pagtrabaho.
✅ Unsa nga klase sa environment ang makapahimo nimo nga productive.
✅ Giunsa nimo pagdumala ang stress ug pressure.
✅ Unsa imong strengths nga basin wala pa nimo na-appreciate.
✅ Asa ka mahimong maglisod ug unsaon kini pag-atubang sa mas himsog nga paagi.

Imagine kung mas nasabtan nimo ang imong kaugalingon...

✨ Basin dili diay ka "tamad"—lahi lang imong pamaagi sa pagtrabaho.

✨ Basin dili diay ka "mahuyang" dugay na diay ka nagdala ug stress nga wala nimo namatikdi.

✨ Basin dili diay ka "dili maayo" wala pa lang ka nakakita sa environment diin mas mogawas ang imong potensyal.

Ang pagtrabaho dili lang man gud bahin sa sweldo.

Importante usab nga healthy ang imong hunahuna, emosyon, ug pamaagi sa pag-atubang sa adlaw-adlaw nga responsibilidad.

Kay kung mas masabtan nimo ang imong kaugalingon, mas makahimo ka ug mas maayong desisyon sa imong career, sa imong relasyon sa mga kauban, ug labaw sa tanan, sa imong kaugalingong kaayohan.
