❕Returns/Refund Policy❕
▪️We make sure that the items are “quality-checked” more than twice before we ship the orders.
▪️ In case there’s a defective item (sprayer issue, scent longetivity, etc.) our clients have 5 days (upon receipt of the orders) to advise us.
▪️ We cannot refund or replace items if:
▪️ It was ordered by mistake or if the client just simply wants to change it
▪️ If the item have been used already.
▪️ If the items have been damaged during the delivery.

✔️ Have the exact same fragrance like the original.
✔️ Original and Authentic in a sense that we are working with direct manufacturers.
✔️ Mostly has the same packaging like the original perfumes (serves as a guide only). Seldom comes with a white or brown box and sometimes with “Tester Perfume” label. Our tester perfumes can also be your guide in finding the best original perfume that suits you before buying one.

🖤 Saturday-Monday orders:
▪️ Monday 8 pm cut-off
▪️ The courier will pick-up the items Tuesday afternoon.

🖤 Monday-Wednesday orders:
▪️ Wednesday 8 pm cut off
▪️ The courier will pick-up the items Thursday afternoon.

🖤 Thursday-Friday orders:
▪️ Friday 8 pm cut-off
▪️ The courier will pick-up the items Saturday afternoon.
