Minsan, hindi sapat na mahal mo lang ang isang tao. Kailangan din niyang maramdaman. Kasi kahit gaano kalalim ang care mo, kung hindi mo ipinapakita, baka isipin niyang wala.

Parang halaman lang din ang tao. Kailangan ng oras, presence, at pag-aalaga. Kasi ang pagmamahal na hindi naipaparamdam, unti-unting nalalanta.

Love isn’t just about what you feel inside. It’s about making someone feel they’re loved.

Sometimes the quietest moments heal the loudest thoughts.
Being alone doesn’t mean being lonely — it means finding peace within yourself. 🤍

Everything inside me feels like a quiet storm I can’t fully name. Some days I’m okay—smiling, moving, pretending I have it all together. But in between those moments, there’s this mix of emotions I can’t easily explain.

I feel grateful… yet tired.
Strong… yet easily overwhelmed.
Present… yet somehow lost in my own thoughts.

It’s strange how the heart can hold opposite feelings at the same time. I’m learning that not every emotion needs to be fixed right away—some just need to be felt, understood, and gently let go when I’m ready.

For now, I’m just here… existing in the in-between, trying to be kind to myself even on days I don’t fully understand what I’m going through.

Lately, I’ve been doing a lot of self-reflection
thinking about my choices, my growth, and the things I can’t control anymore. Hindi lahat ng bagay kailangan ipilit, at hindi lahat ng tao kailangang manatili.

I’m learning to slow down, to understand myself better, and to accept that healing isn’t always linear. May mga araw na okay ako, may mga araw din na hindi pero okay lang ‘yun.

At the end of the day, I just want to become someone who’s at peace with her own story. 🌿
