ایران کا حتمی دفاعی پلان اور علاقائی حکمتِ عملی
​تہران: بیرونی خطرات اور جیو پولیٹیکل تبدیلیوں کے پیشِ نظر، ایران نے اپنی تاریخ کی سب سے بڑی غیر روایتی عسکری حکمتِ عملی تیار کر لی ہے۔ تہران نے روایتی دفاع سے ہٹ کر ایک وسیع "عوامی مزاحمتی نیٹ ورک" قائم کیا ہے، جس کا مقصد گلی کوچوں کی جنگ (Urban Warfare) کی تیاری ہے۔

​Whether in Russia or Ukraine, distinct legal frameworks exist that allow citizens to advocate for peace without violating national laws or disrupting public order:

​In Russia: Under Russian constitutional law, citizens retain the right to submit collective petitions to the government or the state parliament (The State Duma). While freedom of speech faces severe restrictions regarding the armed forces, filing legal petitions under the guise of "job security," "rights of military personnel," or "family welfare" remains lawful. Organizations led by mothers and wives of soldiers are currently utilizing this exact legal framework to demand the return of their loved ones.
​In Ukraine: Ukraine operates as a democratic state (though currently governed under martial law). Its citizens have the legal right to launch online petitions directly on the official presidential website. If a petition gathers the legally mandated number of signatures, the President is constitutionally obligated to review and formally respond to it. Citizens are increasingly turning to these petitions to urge the state to explore diplomatic channels.
​B) Political Advocacy Through Public Representatives
​Every sovereign nation maintains a localized tier of governance, including public representatives, mayors, and councilors. Rather than resorting to rebellion, civil disobedience, or street riots, the public can apply constructive pressure on their elected representatives. Urging these officials to advocate for a ceasefire and diplomatic negotiations within the parliament is a completely constitutional and lawful political process.

When the public visualizes how a conflict erodes their economy and future generations, the desire for peace naturally transitions into a silent, widespread public movement.
​Leveraging International Law: Referencing United Nations (UN) charters and the Geneva Conventions to discuss peace is a fundamental right that cannot easily be blocked by domestic legislation.

​The stance of "raising a voice for peace without resorting to rebellion" has historically been the bedrock of the world's most successful peaceful movements.
