Prolonged mobile or laptop use can lead to neck stiffness and pain (Text Neck).
Poor posture, weak muscles, stress, and an improper pillow are common causes.
โ Maintain good posture
โ Do simple neck exercises daily
โ Take regular breaks
โ Use a supportive pillow
