Prolonged mobile or laptop use can lead to neck stiffness and pain (Text Neck).

Poor posture, weak muscles, stress, and an improper pillow are common causes.

โœ” Maintain good posture
โœ” Do simple neck exercises daily
โœ” Take regular breaks
โœ” Use a supportive pillow
