Hiatal Hernia — a hernia that occurs near your chest, not your groin.

A hiatal hernia happens when part of the stomach moves upward through an opening in the diaphragm and into the chest area. Because of its location, the symptoms can sometimes feel like ordinary acidity, indigestion, or chest discomfort.
