When someone becomes the centre of your emotional world, losing them can make everything else feel meaningless too.
Zaryab now has to discover who she is outside of Zamil.
There’s a difference between loving someone deeply and slowly losing your sense of self inside the relationship.
Zaryab’s exhaustion feels bigger than heartbreak. It feels like she doesn’t know where she ends and Zamil begins.
And this is true for all relationships. Even in marriage many girls forget where they end and where their role starts. They learn to appease others so well that sometimes they can't even remember who they really are.
And then to face betrayal.
Sometimes we don't realise how much of our emotional stability we've attached to one person until that person is taken away.
And perhaps that is where the deeper lesson begins.
And it's not just relationship. Anything that makes you forget your love for Allah and makes your world revolved around them will ultimately disappoint you.
This is the question I kept thinking about while watching these episodes.
If the person you love most is no longer at the centre of your life… what remains?
Who are you then?
Sometimes what feels like the end of our life is actually the end of a version of ourselves.
Maybe Zaryab isn't losing herself.
Maybe she's finally finding herself.
This is something I have personally learnt too.
You can love someone, build a life with them and still have your own goals, dreams and identity.
Putting Allah first doesn't mean abandoning yourself. It can actually bring you back to yourself.

This is where Zamil's character really frustrates me.
Deen is deeply personal. Your relationship with Allah cannot become a measuring stick you use to rank everyone aro
Allah is most Merciful. Even if the whole world misunderstands your intentions or actions. He knows. And that is enough. If you feel lost confused and alone, DM me. I will help you find clarity.

I didn’t learn IVF from a textbook.
I lived it.
40 follicles. 14 embryos. 3 transfers. 2 sons.
Five years of appointments, procedures, medications, waiting and uncertainty.
Now I want to make the journey a little less confusing for another woman.
The first IVF appointment can be overwhelming.
There are so many terms, tests, medicines and decisions that you don't even know what you should be asking.
Before you start, let's sit down and make a list.
You should walk into your doctor's office prepared.
I remember how much I wanted someone to explain things to me before I walked into those rooms.
What will happen?
Will it hurt?
What should I expect afterwards? Especially when my ovarian hyper-stimulation took place. My whole body was in agony and the pain was unmanageable at that time.
You can take a session with me before your major IVF procedures so you feel more prepared and less alone.
Sometimes you don't need another Google search.
You just need to talk to someone who understands why that one scan result has made you panic.
That's why my guidance doesn't end after one session.
You can reach out as you move through your journey.
Nobody talks enough about the psychological exhaustion of IVF.
The waiting.
The uncertainty.
The constant analysing.
“Is this normal?”
“Did I do something wrong?”
“What if it doesn't work?”
I've been there.
And sometimes having someone calmly walk through the fear with you makes all the difference.
IVF isn't just injections and transfers.
It's hundreds of little questions.
What do I eat?
What does this medicine do?
Is this side effect expected?
Should I call my doctor?
What should I ask at my next appointment?
Let's make the confusing parts a little clearer.
Some of the things that helped me were medical advice.
Some were things I learnt through experience.

Here is your period cycle. I prepared this video on a whim. Unscripted. Unedited. Unplanned.
No overthinking. No script. Just me introducing myself to nonfollowers. Follow voice of hope if you feel alone, exhausted, broken. Are married, unmarried. With children or especially if you are ttc. I had my son after 9 years of infertility through IVF. This page is about me being there for those in their dark times.
