One of the things I love most about being a skincare therapist is that no two skins are ever the same. That's why every facial I perform is completely personalised. I don't believe in a "one-size-fits-all" approach – I carefully assess your skin on the day and choose the equipment that will give you the very best results.

Over the years I've invested in 16 professional facial machines, and I'm fully qualified and insured to use every one of them. They're there to enhance your treatment whenever your skin needs them – always at no extra charge.

Here are five of my favourites:

💡 Dermalux LED Light Therapy

Using red, blue and yellow light, LED therapy helps stimulate collagen production, calm inflammation, reduce acne-causing bacteria, accelerate healing and leave your skin looking healthier, brighter and more radiant.

🌊 Ultrasonic Machine

This uses sound wave technology to help active ingredients pe*****te deeper into the skin, allowing your professional skincare products to work more effectively. It's also wonderfully calming and helps boost hydration.

✨ Radio Frequency

A fantastic non-invasive treatment that stimulates collagen and elastin production, helping to firm the skin, improve elasticity and soften the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

🫧 Deep-Cleansing Suction Device

Perfect for congested skin, this device gently removes excess oil, impurities and blackheads from the pores, leaving your skin feeling cleaner, smoother and refreshed.

❄️ Ice Hammer

The perfect finishing touch! It instantly cools and calms the skin, reduces redness and puffiness, tightens the appearance of pores and leaves your complexion feeling fresh and glowing.

One of my favourite moments is when my regular clients lie on the bed, smile and ask, "So... what are we doing today?" My answer is nearly always the same...

"Well... let's see!" 😄

Because that's exactly how I work. I assess your skin on the day and let it tell me what it needs. Sometimes it's hydration, sometimes calming, sometimes deep cleansing or lifting. Every facial is completely tailored to you.

A lovely new client said something to me yesterday that really stayed with me. She told me she normally pays almost double for her facials and asked me why I charge less than many therapists in the area.

My answer was simple...

Because this has never been just about making money for me. It's about helping people feel good in their own skin.

Skincare has been my passion for many years, and I genuinely love what I do. Nothing makes me happier than seeing someone leave feeling relaxed, confident and glowing.

Could I charge extra every time I use one of these machines? Absolutely. But I'd much rather use whatever your skin needs, when it needs it, because I believe that's what great skincare is all about.

Today on International Women’s Day, a little reminder for every woman. ✨
We are often the caregivers, the planners, the supporters, the ones holding everything together.

We give so much of our time, energy and attention to others that sometimes we forget to give the same care to ourselves.

But self-care is not a luxury.
It’s essential.

When we slow down, breathe, rest and allow ourselves moments of care, the body and mind begin to reset. Stress softens, clarity returns, and we show up stronger for ourselves and for the people around us.
