Before life gives you something greater, it often reveals what you are still holding too tightly.

Sometimes the delay is not punishment. Sometimes it is preparation. The universe may remove comfort zones, old identities, familiar people, repeated patterns, and emotional dependencies because expansion cannot enter a space that is already filled with attachment.

You may ask for a higher life, deeper love, more abundance, or spiritual growth, but still hold on to the old version of yourself. The version that fears change. The version that seeks validation. The version that repeats the same pain because it feels familiar.

This is why growth can feel uncomfortable.

It is not because you are losing everything. It is because everything that is not aligned with your next level is being brought to the surface.

Your higher self is not something you become one day. It is something you uncover. It is hidden beneath fear, conditioning, limiting beliefs, emotional wounds, and the stories you accepted about who you are allowed to be.

Every trigger shows you what needs healing.
Every ending shows you what needs releasing.
Every delay shows you where patience is needed.
Every pattern shows you where consciousness must rise.

The more you detach from what weakens your spirit, the closer you come to your real power.

Let go of the identity that was built from survival.

There’s something really special about having my son step into the treatment room with me… watching him just know what to do, feeling his way through the body as he cups his mama. It’s not even me being proud (okay, maybe a little 😌) but it’s deeper than that… it’s intuitive, it’s natural, like his hands are listening without needing to be taught.

Makes me feel like somehow, just being around me, something got quietly imprinted in him… something real. I honestly love guiding people who are open, who feel that pull to do this work from the heart. It’s never just “teaching”… it’s sharing energy, sharing something you can’t always put into words.

A client said to me today:
