ACT Therapy & Nervous System Support 𓂃⋰
Helping humans reconnect with themselves amidst the pressures of modern life.

17/09/2026

Couldn't feel more excited. And grounded.

Tonight, Session 1 of my 7-week course, The Return, begins in Old Town, Stockholm.

Seven sessions of nervous system training, movement, mindfulness, and ACT-informed practices.

A gentle space to pause, notice what is here, reconnect with ourselves — and practice moving forward with meaning.

I've been looking forward to creating this space for a long time.

Tonight, we begin.

You keep going.
But when do you get to come back to yourself?

We’re almost there.

On 17 September, our little SKINARI Studio group begins in Gamla Stan.

There are things we know we need more of.
And things we know we need less of.

More presence.
Less rushing.

More space to notice.
Less living on autopilot.

A recurring space to explore the things that shape how we experience our everyday lives — stress, thoughts, emotions, the body, relationships, values, and the choices we make.

We’ll meet through movement, mindfulness, and ACT-inspired therapeutic practices.

Not a traditional yoga class.
Not group therapy in the traditional sense.

Something in between.

A method that has supported me, and a space to practice coming back to yourself.

And in one of my favourite places in Stockholm — Gamla Stan. A part of the city dating back to the 13th century, with medieval alleyways, cobbled streets and layers of history all around us.

The group is starting to take shape, and I’m keeping it small. If you’re quietly thinking about it, take that as your invitation. send me a DM and I’ll tell you more.

I talk about slowing down. About meeting yourself with care. About making space.

And sometimes I look at my own life and think. Girl, your life is completely fu***ng full. Where exactly is all this space you once had?

I’ve always worked hard for what I want in life.
But I’ve never worked this hard.

It’s been an intense two years. And right now, I’m doing a lot to make the life I’m working toward possible.

Studying. Seeing clients. Building Skinari business. Running the villa remotely. Working on the side. Moving between countries. Creating. Planning. Learning.

This year, I’ve even put DJing aside. My favourite gateway to presence, embodiment, and somatic practice.

One woman in Sweden heard my story and said, “You are very ambitious.” And I was like, “That’s a nice way of putting it.”

I’ve been thinking I probably just must be crazy. Like, why can’t I just be ”normal”?

Because I’m exhausted.

But I also know this is that time of my life.
It’s not forever.

Sometimes we have to put in an extra gear for something that really matters to us.

I’m not here because I just love to learn about behaviours and wellbeing. I’m here because I know what it feels like to live in another rhythm already.

And I know how much we’re all alike.
I’m learning and growing too. Every day.

It’s just that I’ve dedicated my life to this, behind the scenes, for a very long time. The part of me most people don’t know.

And the practice, for me, has always been learning how to do all of this without completely abandoning myself along the way.

To be patient and manage my time.
To manage my internal problem-solving machine.
To accept, and some peace within the experience of survival mode.
To say no.
To rest when I can, and remember that I don’t have to live like this forever just because I’m living like this now.

And slowly create more space.
Slowly bridge the way of life.

Thats also work. Being in the transformation.
Not having to explain yourself.
But sitting with it, internally.

Just knowing.

Knowing what you’re doing.
Knowing why you’re doing it.
Knowing that this is a part of the timeline.

And trusting yourself enough to keep going
— and eventually, to slow down.

Lost in reality?

This winter, we return and reconnect.
A SKINARI Studio Gathering in Stockholm.

A little space to slow down, move, breathe, come back to yourself, and meet yourself exactly where you are.

Nervous system regulation and ACT-inspired practices
— together, in a small group.

6 spots left.
Gamla Stan.

Come as you are

The older I get, the less interested I become in certainty.

And the more interested I become in curiosity.

Over the years, love has taught me that people are rarely as simple as our first impression.

Or our last.

We’re all carrying a past.

We’re all capable of growth.

And somewhere in between, life happens to all of us—in different ways.

We’re all more than the worst thing we’ve ever done, the labels we’ve been given, or the stories other people tell about us.

Relationships aren’t built on perfection.

They’re built in the ordinary moments.

The willingness to understand.

The courage to stay open.

The choice to keep showing up.

Psychological flexibility isn’t only about how we relate to ourselves.

It’s also about how we relate to each other.

Can I stay curious instead of certain?

Can I make room for growth instead of rushing to judgment?

I’d rather be deeply known by one—and deeply know one—than be understood by everyone.

This could be us

Floating through sea caves in crystal clear waters

Exploring both the island, and ourselves

In 2027, I’m opening the doors to my first retreats

Days for nature
Rest
Gentle practice
Good food
Meaningful conversations
And the chance to experience this little corner of the world together

If this is calling you, just let me know — I’m here ♄

This autumn, I’m opening the first SKINARI Studio gathering.

It’s a space I’ve wanted to create for a long time.

For myself.‹And now, for us.

Every other Thursday, we’ll meet for 75 minutes of movement, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and ACT-inspired exercises and reflections.

Together, we’ll gently explore how we relate to ourselves and the world around us. There will be space to reflect, to move, to breathe, and to experiment with practical tools and reflections to take with you beyond the studio.

My hope is that these evenings offer a chance to pause, reconnect, and simply be—with yourself and alongside others.

If this feels like something you’d like to be part of, I’d love to hear from you.

Send me a DM, email me, or get in touch in whatever way feels easiest to reserve your place or ask any questions.

10 places available

Home.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I’ve arrived in Greece for the summer.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This little island has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. It’s where I slow down, reconnect, and remember what truly matters.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Next summer, this is where I’ll be holding the very first SKINARI retreats.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
A place to breathe.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
To move.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
To reflect.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
To return to yourself.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If spending a week here with me, exploring ACT, nervous system wellbeing, a little adventure and Mediterranean slow living sounds like something you’d love, send me a message.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I’ll happily add you to the waiting list.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I can’t wait to share this little corner of the world with you.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
A place where simply being suddenly makes sense again.

Meanwhile if you want, you can also join my email list where I share more everything in depth. Our little container for now.
