We have been in touch with them constantly and trying to support the best way we can and assist as much as possible . Our offices still operating in Stockholm normally . We are trying the best way we can to have our wonderful team out of Ukraine safe and sound ASAP . All our prayers to all of us and may this horrific act of violence end immediately. We hope NATO will assist Ukraine not only with money and artillery but with actual help to get as many people as possible out there .

PINK PITAYA CHEESECAKE JARS

Ingredients:

Crust:
💛2 tbsp almond meal
💛2 tbsp fine oats
💛2 tsp flaxseeds
💛2 tbsp puffed quinoa
💛1 tbsp oats milk
💛1 tbsp date syrup
💛1 tsp coconut oil

Cheesecake:
💗1/2 cup cashews (soaked overnight, rinsed and drained)
💗200 ml oat milk
💗1 tsp pink pitaya powder (save 20% off your order with my code ERIKA)
💗1 tsp agave syrup
💗1 tsp agar agar powder

- Mix crust all crust ingredients. Divide for two glasses press to the bottom and leave in the fridge for 15 min.
- Meanwhile prepare cheesecake. Add all cheesecake ingredients, except agar agar, to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to the sauce pan, add agar agar dissolved in 1 tbsp oat milk, and boil for 2 min.
- Pour over the crust and leave for half an hour in the fridge.
-Garnish with frozen berries.
